The OFF category of the Brussels Short Film Festival will be put in the spotlights to start off the 2020 edition with a bang.
Carefully selected, it will give the public a panoramic view of what awaits them during the 23rd edition of the festival with first class themes: the drama, the explosiveness, the comical, the sportive… the OFF will not leave you cold!
