Berik, a short drama about friendship and understanding, takes place in Semey, Kazakhstan. Berik, 33, blind and deformed due to radiation poisoning, spends his days at home alone, while his brother is at work. That is until Adil, 11, the smallest and least popular of the kids in the apartment block, turns up on Berik’s doorstep looking for the local bully’s football, which he has lost.

PAPARAZZI is about a world in which values are confused and rules are flexible – it shows that there is always a second chance, to make up one’s mind about what kind of person to be tomorrow.

Thirty years after a zombie outbreak, people have started taming the zombies and using them as a cheap workforce. A young couple, Katrine and Mark, struggle with the tedious everyday life of dirty zombie catching, bloody lobotomy experiments and a relationship on the verge of falling apart.
