Au goût du jour

Synopsis In a dystopian world where over-consumption has exploded, people buy and throw away new clothes on a daily basis. Clothing trends are dictated by the Fashion Day company, which offers new outfits every day. Anna, a young woman of 25, discovers a revolutionary alternative: the washing machine. While she sees this discovery as a liberation, her boyfriend Baptiste is terrified by the idea: what will people think? What if the sanitation department turned up at their house? The couple no longer understand each other, and deteriorate over the course of the film until the inevitable break-up.
