Goodbye My Dove

Synopsis When the war escalates in northern Vietnam, Lộc and Tiên are forced to evacuate to the countryside, far from their parents. One afternoon, while gleaning for remnants on the field, the surrounding events suddenly bring back memories of their mother, who has to stay in the city for work and hasn’t visited them in a while. Yearning for her presence, Lộc does everything he can to escape with his sister back to Hanoi, hoping for a family reunion. That night, unable to reach the city in time, they decide to stop and rest outdoors. It is then that an unexpected air raid occurs…
