Synopsis Sam is a shy young woman who works as a dog groomer at the animal shelter in Ostend. Her colleague Koen is a dog behaviour therapist and teaches people how to train dogs. Sam prefers to stay with the animals, she is fully engaged in the daily tasks of the shelter. When Sam meets a nervous young woman who is struggling to raise her dog, she decides to help her in her own way.
