Submissions before February 12th, 2013

Rules and regulations :

To be admitted, each film must match the following requirements :

• Films must be Fiction or Animation ;
• Films must be available for Festival screening on 35 mm, digital betacam pal or in DCP or Quicktime SD Pro res ;
• Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length ;
• Films must have been produced (or the 1st public exhibition) after November 1, 2011 ;
• Films may not have already been submitted to the selection committee;
