REGULATION

You have two options to submit your film :

1. Online submission on Reelport 

• Participants must enter their film via the online submission
• The film must have been uploaded to Reelport
• Attached files :
• One still of the film which can be used in any publication
• A photo of the director
• The original dialogue list and a French or English dialogue list If the film is not subtitled.

2.  Via the websites www.bsff.be or www.fidec.be

• Download the submission form
• Send a DVD copy and the completed submission form at this address :

• The director’s biography, the synopsis, the complete dialogue script in French or English, a director’s picture and a still picture from the movie must be sent either to the address above or by e-mail to info@fidec.be.
