International Competition
Submissions before Januray 15th, 2013
Rules and regulations :
To be admitted, each film must match the following requirements :
- Films must be Fiction or Animation ;
- Films must be available for Festival screening on 35 mm, digital betacam pal or in DCP or Quicktime SD Pro Res ;
- Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length ;
- Films must have been produced (or the 1st public exhibition) after November 1, 2011 ;
- Films may not have already been submitted to the selection committee;

- Main society of production has to be located in Belgium ;
- Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length, all genres are accepted ;
- Films must be available for Festival screening on 35 mm or digital betacam pal or in DCP or Quicktime SD Pro Res ;
- Films must have been produced (or the 1st public exhibition) after November 1, 2011 ;
- Films may not have already been submitted to the selection committee;
