Van intiem drama tot absurde komedie, en van maatschappelijke documentaires tot eigenzinnige animatie: de Nationale Competitie toont het beste wat de Belgische kortfilm te bieden heeft. Ze vormt tegelijk een goudmijn voor het gepassioneerde publiek en een prestigieus uithangbord voor de regisseur·es, acteurs en crews die haar samenstellen.
Uit meer dan 370 ontvangen films werden uiteindelijk 41 werken geselecteerd, stuk voor stuk gedragen door gedurfde invalshoeken en een overvloed aan creativiteit. Aan zee of in de bergen, van Brussel tot Rio, per scooter of vrachtvliegtuig: deze selectie van 2026 belooft u mee te nemen en te ontroeren. Veel kijkplezier!
