Dit programma toont een selectie van de allerbeste Europese kortfilms die vorig jaar in eigen land bekroond werden met de nationale publieksprijs. Nadat deze 10 films de harten van hun nationaal publiek wisten te overwinnen, maken ze dit jaar deel uit van een rondreizend programma, waarbij ze Europa doorkruisen. De eerste stop is Brussel. Het Belgisch publiek zal dus de eerste zijn om hun stem uit te brengen.
