LÉA-JADE HORLIER

Léa-Jade was born in France and grew up abroad (Africa and Central America). She has been working as a technician in the film industry for several years and has worked with directors such as Abdellatif Kechiche, Maïwenn, and Scott Frank. She then decided to transition into directing with her first short film, Matapang, shot in the Philippines, produced by Piano Sano Films, and presented in 2022 at Clermont-Ferrand, Busan, and Palm Springs.
In 2023, she directed Na marei, also produced by Piano Sano, a film set in Afghanistan, which has won numerous awards, been shortlisted for the Oscars, and is pre-selected for the 2025 César Awards.

BILEL CHEGRANI

Born in 2000, Bilel Chegrani discovered cinema through the Mille Visages association. He began his career in 2016 with Goût Bacon by Emma Benestan, whom he worked with again in 2021 on Fragile. He also appeared in Cuties by Maïmouna Doucouré, Arthur Rambo by Laurent Cantet, Lucky by Olivier Van Hoofstadt, and The Gravity by Cédric Ido, which was presented at the Toronto International Film Festival. He also acted in Street Flow 2 by Leïla Sy, Drone by Simon Bouisson, and in the series Spiral, Vampires, and Jeune et Golri. In 2023, he played the role of Coddy in Drone, a series by Simon Bouisson. In 2024, he will appear in Les Filles du ciel, the upcoming feature film by Bérangère McNeese. Bilel Chegrani continues to explore a wide range of roles, strengthening his reputation as a talented and versatile actor. Role after role, he is building a unique path, driven by a sincere desire to tell human, complex, and deeply relevant stories.

LOUISE MANTEAU

Born in northern France into a modest social background, she discovered theatre and acting at the age of 16. She continued her dramatic arts training in Mons until 2010. Since then, she has lived in Brussels and works in Belgium. In cinema, she has appeared in numerous short films, including Les Glaçons, for which she received the Best Actress Award at the BSFF in 2020. She also starred in feature films such as WOLFKIN, CHIENNES DE VIES, and TEMPS MORTS, and more recently in IL PLEUT DANS LA MAISON, which earned her the Magritte Award for Best Supporting Actress. On stage, she has performed under the direction of theatre directors such as Jess Gazon, Céline Delbecq, and Charlotte Villalonga. She also co-founded the Collectif LaBécane, bringing together three actresses from the Hauts-de-France region around the adaptation of Édouard Louis's novel The End of Eddy, directed by Jess Gazon.

STEPHANE BERGMANS

After studying documentary filmmaking at IAD, he turned to writing fiction. Alongside his work as a co-screenwriter and script doctor, he directed two short films and a feature-length documentary before dedicating himself, from 2014 onwards, to the creation and writing of series.

He is the author of the two seasons of the crime series La Trêve, as well as the series Des gens bien, produced by Arte and RTBF. He is currently working on writing a new series and a feature film.

MATHIEU VOLPE

Mathieu Volpe (Rome, Italy, 1990), of Italian father and Belgian mother, grew up in southern Italy before moving to Belgium to study film. His short films have been showcased at several international festivals such as Locarno, Rome, Turin, Dok Leipzig, and the Brussels Short Film Festival. Une jeunesse italienne, his first feature documentary, had its world premiere at the Festival dei Popoli in November 2022. In parallel, he is developing L'Or Rouge, his first fiction feature film, with filming scheduled for September 2025, as well as Itinérance, his second, both produced by Les Films du Fleuve. In 2025, his short film Eldorado won the Magritte Award for Best Fiction Short Film.

DELPHINE JEANNERET

Delphine Jeanneret is a film curator and lecturer at Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD), where she gives a course on the power of representation in contemporary cinema with a focus on gender, decolonial and ecological studies. She is part of Locarno Film Festival (Open Doors) and Int. Kurzfilmtage Winterthur artistic committee, she founded the Festival Cinéma Jeune Public in Lausanne to engage with young audiences and is the chair of the association Ciné-Doc, promoting documentary forms in Switzerland. She has been programming films in festivals, art spaces and film institutions for more than 18 years and is strongly involved in programs that aim at revealing young filmmakers with new aesthetics. She counts numerous participations in juries, labs and round tables in international festivals and institutions. She is a member of the Swiss Film Academy and the European Film Academy.

FRANCOIS MORISSET

François Morisset is a French producer and sales agent based in Berlin and Paris. After working in various production, distribution, and international sales companies, he founded Salaud Morisset, a production and sales company for short films that represents works by new talents (Molly Manning Walker, Ladj Ly, Wei Shujun, ...) as well as more established directors (Wim Wenders, Yorgos Lanthimos, Jonathan Glazer). In 2022, the company expanded into feature films sales with FRAGILE by Emma Benestan and production with EXCURSION by Una Gunjak. Salaud Morisset co-produced and sold TO A LAND UNKNOWN by Mahdi Fleifel, which premiered at the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs. François is a member of the Oscars, EFA, and César.

XINYU ZHOU

After studying French literature at Nanjing University, Xinyu Zhou joined the Master’s programme in Applied Modern Literature at Paris-Sorbonne. Passionate about cinema, she began her career at the production company Alcatraz Films, where she worked alongside directors such as Claire Denis. Now a production manager at Spade, she is committed to producing works that champion bold and innovative visions, amplify underrepresented voices in the industry, and shine a light on invisible or marginalised figures in society. Her artistic approach lies at the intersection of social realism and genre cinema, exploring hybrid forms that draw strength from the fantastic while grounding the narratives in contemporary reality.

NATACHA HOSTYN

En 2018, Natacha Hostyn rejoint l'équipe de Iota Production en tant qu'assistante de production. Progressivement, elle occupe des rôles d’administratrice, puis de chargée de production. Depuis 2023, elle s'affirme également comme productrice, accompagnant une nouvelle génération d’auteur.e.s et explorant l’univers du documentaire et du court-métrage. Désormais, Natacha élargit ses horizons vers le long-métrage de fiction, avec l’ambition de donner vie à des récits puissants qui favorisent une représentation plus diversifiée et inclusive dans le cinéma.

NOÉMIE DUCLOS

Noémie Duclos est productrice et directrice de production.
Depuis cinq ans, elle travaille sur des films documentaires et de fiction, en Belgique et à l’international.
Membre du collectif Phosphore Films, elle soutient des projets engagés, portés par des points de vue forts qui interrogent notre monde et en déplacent ses lignes. Elle accompagne les cinéastes d’aujourd’hui, animée par le désir constant de faire émerger la diversité des voix et des formes cinématographiques.

SVEN SPUR

Sven Spur est un réalisateur, scénariste et producteur belge. Il a étudié au KASK, School of Arts de Gand, où son film de fin d’études Eden a reçu une Wildcard du Fonds Audiovisuel de Flandre et a été salué à l’international. Il est producteur chez Animal Tank, une société nommée aux Oscars, où il se spécialise dans les projets en prise de vue réelle et immersifs. Sven est également le fondateur et directeur de CUT TO: GENT, un festival de courts-métrages à Gand, et collabore avec le Festival du Film Jeunesse d’Anvers. Il est ancien participant du European Creators’ Lab, du European Short Pitch et de Less Is More, et est actuellement en post-production de son dernier court-métrage Push ainsi qu’en écriture de son premier long-métrage.

CHARLES GODIN

Charles Godin, a Brussels-based editor born in 1982, graduated from RITCS in 2005. He began his career as an assistant on feature films before moving on to work on numerous television, fiction, and documentary projects. As a co-founder of the BeMontage association, he has been teaching at RITCS since 2015, where he heads the editing department. There, he is developing a master’s program and conducting research on the psychological aspects of film editing.

MICHEL BAUDOUR

Michel Baudour is a director of photography and a member of the Belgian Society of Cinematographers (SBC). A graduate of INSAS in 1966, he began his career as a camera assistant before taking on the role of cinematographer and camera operator as early as 1969, working in both fiction and documentary. Since then, he has illuminated Belgian and international cinema with his sharp eye and strong sense of composition.
Among his most notable works are The Last Temptation of the Belgians (2021), The Battle of the Black Water (2015), and The Clay Men (2015). He also signed the cinematography of films such as Making Of (2006) and Look at Me (2000).

SIMON FRANSQUET

Simon Fransquet is an acclaimed guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, luthier, producer and composer of film music. Very active, he has composed for nearly 30 films selected and awarded in the most prestigious international festivals around the world. He himself has won several Belgian and international awards, including the Magritte for best original music for Jawad Rhalib's film Au temps où les arabes dansaient in 2019. Also a live musician, he has been performing on stage for over 20 years, whether as a solo guitarist accompanied by his loopstation, or in various musical and theatrical projects. He has composed the music for several plays, dance and new magic, including Paper ball, grand prize winner at the World Magic Championships in 2022.
