Practical informations – Premium PASS

Important Information

  • The Premium PASS gives you acces to:
    • All the Festival screenings
    • The Opening Ceremony
    • The Closing Ceremony
    • The Night of the Short
    • Reservation for 5 screenings of your choice
    • + 1 Totebag
  • For the special screenings (Night of the Short, Opening, Closing), you need to book your place. You will find more information below.
  • The Premium PASS is a wristband that you will have to wear during the whole duration of the festival. You cannot remove it or give it to someone else.

How to book - special screenings

  • For the Opening Ceremony: book here.
  • For the Night of the Short: book here.
  • For the Closing Ceremony: book here.

You can book as many places as the number of PASS you bought in case you bought more than one.
Bookings for those events do not count towards your 5 screening bookings.

Reminder:

  • You have until Monday 22 April to submit your choices.
  • If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us at ticket@bsff.be.
  • The festival reserves the right to give your place to a third party if you are not present 5 minutes before the start of the screening.

Collect your PASS

Here is the procedure to collect and use your PASS during the festival:

  • You can collect your PASS at the info desk located at Flagey (Place Sainte-Croix, 1050 Brussels). Please bring your voucher and ID with you.
  • The desk will be open from April 24th to May 3rd with the following opening hours:
    • From April 24th to 26th: 2pm-8pm
    • From April 27th to May 3rd: 1pm-7pm
  • To use your PASS, please show your wristband at the entrance of the screening rooms.
