The Night of the Short

Friendly reminder for nocturnal film lovers: a good Night of the Short offers five programmes:
Programme 1: Young talents award (presented by BNP Paribas Fortis)
The Young Talent Awards is a short film competition for young filmmakers aged between 18 and 30, launched for the first time in 2023 by We Love Cinema and BNP Paribas Fortis. The first edition ran from 20 September to 14 December 2023 and 70 short films were entered for a chance to win one of four prizes: Best Dutch-language Short Film (Did it hurt when you fell from heaven by Lore Loyens), Best French-language Short Film (Papa enterre un corps by Laurent Jacquet), Professional Jury Prize (Zelfs Elvis blijft niet bestaan by Hendrik Tackx) and Audience Prize. A professional jury shortlisted 10 projects: 5 Dutch-language and 5 French-language. The public jury determined the winners on the basis of the shortlist. On 14 December 2023, the awards ceremony took place and the 4 big winners were announced. Do you want in this year? Entries open on 18/09/2024.
