European Short Film Audience Award | Opening Ceremony

The Brussels Short Film Festival and its partner festivals are pleased to present the 8th edition of the European Short Film Audience Award (ESFAA): a selection of the best European short films, all of which received a public award in their home country last year.

After winning over their national audiences, 10 short films are now embarking on an ambitious European tour, reaching the hearts of over 511 million Europeans. The first stop of this journey: Brussels, for the ESFAA 2026-2027 kick-off.

Join us on April 27 at 7:00 PM at Flagey – Studio 1 to:

• Discover the winner of the previous tour;

• Attend the screenings of the films competing for the 2026-2027 tour;

• Celebrate the official launch of this new European tour.
