Malgorzata from Poland and Toshiaki from Japan are a couple who are both hearing and speech impaired. They have two children, Marta and Adam. They are currently forced to live separately because Toshiaki, unable to find work in Poland has returned to Japan. Despite these changes, they manage to maintain an unusual bond.

Subtle observation of an everyday life of two refugees from Chechnya living in Warsaw, Poland – 10-year-old Magomed and his father Vakha, which becomes a story about human's love and dignity.

Magda is a student at one of the Warsaw universities. One day her father with whom she shares tragic memories pays her an unexpected visit.

Two boys have murdered a young girl. Through crime reconstruction and meeting the family of the victim they now have to relive the brutal crime they committed and confront the feelings they felt and still feel.
